ifilm comedy star Amir Ghaffarmanesh is to go behind the camera to soon direct his debut feature film.
‘The Occupiers’ star has told media that his debut feature, penned by Bahman Hosseini, is currently going through screenplay editing; and the title of the movie has not been decided upon yet.
Iran actor has also added that his movie is probably to gear up for the upcoming edition of Fajr Film Festival in Iran.
Ghaffarmanesh, who is mostly remembered by his comedic role in ifilm sequel ‘Huge Problems’, has recently starred in a kid flick by Javad Hasehmi titled ‘City of the Cats’ which is scheduled to kick off production in early October.
During his long run career as an actor, Ghaffarmanesh has acted in several movies, such as ‘The Choice’, ‘The Snitch’, ‘The Wedding Agency’, ‘Self-Injury’, ‘Octopus’, and ‘What Men don't Know About Women’.
He has also appeared in a number of series, including ‘Neighbors’, ‘Happy Hour’, ‘Apple for Laughs’, ‘Shirin’s World’, ‘The Occupiers’, ‘No. 1, Tehran’, ‘Huge Problems 1’, and ‘Huge Problems 2’.
